Who is responsible

Brio Factory, [email protected]. This policy covers briofactory.com. Each app in the catalog has its own, on its own website.

What this site collects

Nothing beyond what any website receives to work. There is no form, analytics cookie, ad pixel or tracking tool on this page.

Who processes data

Cloudflare (DNS, site delivery and email forwarding) logs technical access data, such as IP address and browser, for security. Email you send to [email protected] is forwarded to a Google (Gmail) inbox.

What we use your email for

Only to answer your question and, if you ask, to send a proposal. It goes on no mailing list unless you say you want that.

How long we keep it

While the conversation is open, and up to 24 months after the last contact. Then we delete it.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your data, and to know who it was shared with. Write to [email protected] and we answer within 15 days. Brazil's LGPD applies, and so do the rights your own country's law gives you.
